TERPAN Laboratory as partner of the French Society for Fight against HIV
As major pharmaceutical companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Gilead, Abbott or Sanofi-Aventis, TERPAN Laboratory took the plunge and wrote his name recently on the list of partners of the SFLS.
The multi-disciplinary and multi professional company brings together about 800 health professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, psychologists, nursing assistants, social workers ...) around a same topic: the fight against AIDS.
The objectives of this working non-profit association is to improve the management of patients with HIV, to promote the teaching and education to the fight against this disease, to offer continuous training and evaluation of professional practices on HIV and related diseases and extend these thoughts and experiences on this topic to other areas of concern in public health.
To enable these actions to promote health, funds are needed and that is why SFLS relies every year on numerous partners. Terpan Laboratory has now the honor to participate at this mission engaged and engaging with SFLS. Many courses will be taught again this year on the themes of patient education, teens and HIV, psychological treatment, screening, migrants and HIV or on the therapeutic tools available. The SFLS also involved a great deal to the action supported by the COREVIH (Regional Coordination of the fight against HIV) that make a link between health professionals, patients' associations and users of the health system.
Through this new partnership, as well as all the prevention products offered (condoms, lubricants, oral dams), the TERPAN laboratory reinforces its image and its privileged place as an actor in the fight against Sexually Transmitted Infections.
